Our client, a manufacturer of cast metal parts, needed to significantly increase its production of tube nozzles for the medical industry. These manually assembled and re-worked parts had to also be carefully inspected in order to avoid the delivery of any non-conforming parts.

Systemex Automation proposed to supply a complete system that would singulate the nozzles, orient them for the insertion of a pin, proceed to the setting of the pin, deburr and brush the nozzles, and then perform a camera-assisted inspection.
